What if the product is damaged in the mail?
We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods, then we’ll then gladly send a replacement, on us. Just fill out the returns form below to let us know what happened. We don’t want you stuck with a damaged item so let us know within a week of arrival and we will do everything we can do to make things right.
What if the product is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! Just double check your shipping address and ensure that it is correct. Then fill out the returns form below to let us know what happened. We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safe and sound.
What if the address I entered was wrong?
If your address was wrong please contact us immediately and we will try to correct your address before your shirts are shipped. If the products are already shipped you are held responsible. Usually the package is sent back to the return address. If the package returns to our address, then we’ll contact you for an updated address. However, the packages sometimes are not returned to sender. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
What if I ordered the wrong size.
Your shirt was printed just for you and no one else based on the sizes and colours you selected when you placed your order. As a result we can’t accept returns because of a wrong size. We still want to make you happy though so contact us using the returns form below and we will see what we can do.
How do you handle the difference between a product quality problem vs. you change your mind or need a different size?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Cases where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
How long do I have to submit a claim for return or exchange?
All claims must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product.
